Koby Lee, PhD

Director of Client Success Strategies

Koby has been with careLearning for seven years and came to us from a large hospital in the southeast. She brought with her decades of adult education experience in healthcare and higher education. Her strong foundation in client support is combined with more than a decade of personal experience using careLearning products in the hospital setting. Koby understands how challenging your employee compliance and education needs can be because she has been in that seat, at that desk, trying to solve the same problems. Her focus is on ensuring our customer service is unmatched in the industry.

Koby is also the lead on our in-house beta testing team, for all our products. Once our development team thinks they have a new feature bullet proofed, we turn Koby loose on it. She is literally the queen of the edge case and prior to working at the company, helped us develop new features and make existing ones better. Trust us, if it can be broken, Koby can do it.

If you are a dog lover, let Koby know.  Her Manchester Terrier, Char Lee, rules the house.
